We at Linskeldfield holiday Cottages understand you may not want to leave your loved family pet at home while you are enjoying a break away, we have made every effort to make them as welcome as you are, under the Quality in tourism’s welcome Pets scheme you can have confidence we have met your needs through their specific requirements.
Waiting in your cottage on arrival you will find a water and feed bowl, scoop and disposable poo bags and washing facilities including bucket, outside hose and towel.
The cottages all have ample storage space for transportation crates.
Outside the cottages, available to rent we have a 7ft wooden dog kennel comprising of box and a run area, all undercover for your exclusive use during your stay, complete with padlock for peace of mind, the kennels are fully cleaned after each guest leaves but we would ask you to keep them clean during your stay and use the bins provided. The kennel is charged at £10 for the week and must be pre booked before arrival. We would ask you to bring bedding or throws to be used in the kennel.
A selection of dog toys, chews, treats and spare leads are available to buy onsite and on prior arrangement we can arrange for pre buying food for pets.
Before booking please contact us to discuss your needs, we do not have number restrictions of pets allowed in the cottages, it more depends on the size and breed and which cottage you would like to stay in. We charge £10 per dog, for any other pets please contact us, all pets must be up to date with vaccinations.
We ask pets not to be left unattended inside the cottage at anytime, not to be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms and for any damages or breakages to be reported and paid for.
Why not treat your pet to a little pampering during your stay, Pawfect Pets Boutique in Aspatria is a new dog grooming salon and pet accessory boutique offering a simple bath to a full clip and Pedicure for your pet, pets can be left in there capable hands or there is a seating area for you to wait, doggy day care is also available with a play area full of toys.
