Ospreys Nest Cottage is a charming picturesque mid-cottage; part of barn conversion, overlooking farm fields with views toward Skiddaw. The cottage sleeps six people and has been renovated to the highest standards.
Through the front door there is a entrance hallway off this is the ground floor bedroom, this is a spacious twin bedroom with drawers, wardrobe and views out over the fells. It also benefits from the adjacent shower room with walk in shower, WC and basin.
Upstairs to the Living/Dining/Kitchen area which has everything you would expect from this appealing property. The Modern fitted kitchen has electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and the cupboards are full with all cutlery and crockery needed. The seating area has two large settees, large TV with built in DVD player and free view digital box and radio. The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 people.
The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and drawers. The Twin room has two single beds and views over the fells towards Skiddaw. The self-contained bathroom with Shower over the Bath, WC and Wash Basin. On the landing there are a useful set of two hanging wardrobes and wardrobe with shelves.
The property also has its own utility room with ironing facilities. Washing and drying facilities and extra freezer storage can be found in a separate shared laundry. Outside there is plenty of parking, plus garden patio furniture and BBQ. Pets are welcome in this cottage.
