We the owners are not liable for any losses or damage to any persons of their possessions whilst staying in any of our cottages, we advise that you should take out personal travel insurance.
A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking, this should be returned to us within 7 days,
If the break is being booked within 6 weeks of the date you intend to stay full payment will be required on booking.
If we do not receive the balance within this period we, we reserve the right to re-let your week.
All payments are non-refundable. Unless otherwise agreed the cottages are let as holiday accommodation on
a weekly basis.
The cottage is free from 4pm on the day of arrival, and we ask that you vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
Only guests named on the booking form may stay at the property
For some bookings we may ask for a security deposit on booking.
We take a pride in the cottages and like to make sure it is clean for your arrival, we would politely like to ask
that you leave the cottage clean and tidy on your departure.
Whilst reasonable wear and tear can be expected and excessive damage will be the responsibility of the person
who booked the cottage.
In case of an emergency, we reserve the right of access to the property at any time during the letting period.
We are happy for you to bring your pet, provided it is well-mannered, kept under control and clean before it goes
into the cottage.
Do not allow your pet to roam free around the farm, remember we are a working farm with working dogs and
stock in fields.
We make a small extra charge of £10 per week per pet.
Linskeldfield self-catering cottages are strictly no smoking.
