Unless otherwise
agreed the Cottages are Let as Holiday Accommodation on a weekly
basis

We will confirm
your Booking once we have received your Booking Form plus a Deposit to
secure
the Booking with us.

If you have to
cancel for any reason, we will refund your Deposit less an appropriate
administration charge
- provided we can re-let the property for the same period.

For this reason,
we strongly recommend you take out Holiday Insurance.

We request the
balance of the
Total Letting Fee be settled in full at least six weeks
before the date your Holiday starts.

If we do not
receive the balance within this period, we reserve the right to re-let your
"Week".

In case of
Emergency, we reserve the Right of Access to the Cottage at any time during
the Letting period.

We are a totally
no-smoking Establishment (within the Cottages).

We are happy for
you to bring your pet, provided it is well-mannered, kept under control
and
clean before it goes
into the Cottage.

It will not be
allowed to roam free where our animals are - remember we are a "Working
Farm" with Working Dogs.

We make a small
extra charge of £10 per week per Pet. (see conditions - above)

We look forward
to your arrival any time after 4pm and ask you to vacate by 10a.m. on the
day of your departure.

As you can
appreciate, we have limited time for cleaning the Cottages between your
departure and the next visitors.

We would
therefore be very grateful, if you could leave the Cottages as clean and
tidy as possible when you leave.

We realize that
occasional damage or breakage is unavoidable - if you do damage or
break something,
please tell us
and we will try to put it right, whilst incurring the least cost or
inconvenience to yourselves.

Any damage not
reported will be put right and charged to your account.
