• The Kitchen Dining area/Sitting room have been newly furbished with high quality fixtures and fittings.
   

•   Hall & Stairs to 2 Bedrooms
    1) Double bedded                                  
    2) Twin bedded (2 single beds)
   

•   Bathroom is fully fitted with a BATH (shower over bath) W.C. and hand basin
   

•   Outside there is a Patio with sitting-out area inc. Patio furniture and shared BBQ

• All 3 Cottages are situated alongside the main Farmhouse,   overlooking fields and open Farmland.

• The Farm is up a Private Lane, off a quiet Country road and is set in it's own 200 acres of Land.              

• Exceptional panoramic views over open Farmland to Binsey Fell, Skiddaw and Linskeldfield Tarn.

• The Cottages are next door to each other in a recently completed Barn conversion.

• Therefore everything is new, clean and modern.

• They have been fully furbished and fitted out with the highest quality fixtures and fittings for your pleasure and convenience.
                                                                     

• All our guests have access to :

  • A Television and DVD Player (in your cottage's Lounge)

  • A selection of DVD's may be available (or bring your own)

  • We are building up a CD and DVD Library for people to use while staying,

  • Dishwasher

  • Microwave

  • TRAVEL COT and HIGH CHAIR available upon request.

  • Towels & Tea Towels

  • First set of Bed Linen per bed

  • Change of  Bed Linen within first week is charged at £3 per set

•   N.B. Please do not allow your dog on any furniture, beds or in the bedrooms due to some of our clients having asthma.

•   The dog must never be left on its own in the cottage and stays with the owner at all times.
