DIRECTIONS & MAPS

From the South

•   Leave the M6 motorway at junction 40.
    Take the A66 towards Keswick.
    After 16 miles by-pass Keswick - 1 mile to the major roundabout.
    Take last (3rd) exit - A591 signed for Carlisle and Bothel
    Continue for 8 miles - passing Mirehouse (Dodd Wood Osprey Viewing Point) - on your right.
    2 further miles - pass Castle Inn - on your left.
    Approx 1 mile - take you next left sign-posted ISEL and SUNDERLAND.
    Go to the end of the minor country road (approx. 1 mile) to the "T" junction
    Turn Right 
    150yds - first Right  - heading for Sunderland.
    100 yards turn Right into Linskeldfield Farm
    You will see the sign for the Holiday Cottages.
   

From the North

•   From Carlisle take the A595 signed towards Wigton and Keswick. 
    At Bothel, turn LEFT
    Travel a few hundred yards - turn RIGHT  - signposted Sunderland,
    Follow this road for 3 miles - we are on the LEFT -  Linskeldfield Farm.

•   If all else fails, give us a call and we will send out the search party.
